Step 4: The peeled banana should be placed in a bowl of water and let to soak for at least 10 minutes.
Step 5: Slice the bananas with a mandolin after patting them dry with a paper towel.
Step 6: Combine some coconut oil and turmeric in a medium dish.
Step 7: Mix well. Then add the banana slices and stir until evenly covered.
Step 8: Set the air fryer's temperature to 350°F (176°C).
Step 9: Spread the raw banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer oven. If necessary, you may cook in batches.
Step 10: Keep them for 10 minutes, or until they are crunchy and cooked through, at 350°F (176°C). If possible, cook in the air fryer for a further 3–4 minutes. At the midway point, shake the basket.
Step 11: After finishing, add some salt and take a bite. The chips may also be kept in an airtight container.

Step 6: Add the veggies in a single layer and coat the grill plate with a little oil spray, if desired. The timer should be set for 12 minutes at 380 F. Given that each air fryer oven is unique, you could need to add a few more minutes.
Step 7: After 6 minutes and add the minced ginger and garlic.
Step 8: Mix the ginger and garlic with the rest of the ingredients using a spatula.
Step 9: Keep the potatoes and cauliflower for a further 6 minutes, or until they are well cooked.
Step 10: In a skillet over medium heat, combine 1 tablespoon tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of water. Just slightly warm it up.
Step 11: Include the cooked aloo Gobi in the tomato paste and water-filled pan.
Step 12: Toss to thoroughly blend everything. Turn off the heat after everything has been thoroughly heated and mixed. Garam masala and cilantro should also be added. Serve warm.

Step 6: Use aluminum foil to line the drip pans for easy cleanup. Place the skewers or pieces in a single layer, spaced 2 inches apart. To allow for consistent cooking, avoid packing the tray too tightly.
Step 7: Cook for 5 minutes at 350°F.
Step 8: Flip the skewers or individual parts after 5 minutes, then gently brush or spritz with oil.
Step 9: Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 10: Repeat step 9 for the second batch, then serve when they are done.

Step 7: Air fry the potato cubes for 12–13 minutes at 200°C, stirring once or twice during that time with a spatula.
Step 8: Combine the spice mix and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl.
Step 9: Fill the basin with the potatoes.
Step 10: Add the potatoes.
Step 11: Cook at 200 degrees Celsius for a further 8 to 10 minutes, or until the food has the required crispness.
Step 12: Immediately serve.
