After-Sales Service
Every Geek product comes with a limited-period warranty and assured after-sales service and customer support. We deeply value and appreciate the trust our customers place in us through their purchase decisions. Our Customer Care team is dedicated to providing class-leading customer support and after-sales service, ensuring that the promised value and satisfaction are delivered to our esteemed customers. Any product-related queries or complaints will be resolved through the process outlined below.
Resolution Process:
- Customers can connect with Geek Customer Support via WhatsApp, toll-free number, or email to explain the product-related issue or query to a support executive.
- After understanding the query, the executive will either provide telephonic assistance to resolve the issue or register a complaint for service or replacement.
- If repairs are required, the service cost and estimated time for repair will be communicated. Following this, the product must be couriered to our service center at Chennai - 600016 in safe packaging.
- If the product is under warranty, Geek Technology will cover the shipping costs, service charges, and spare parts costs (if any replacements are required). To avail of warranty service, customers must provide the purchase invoice and warranty card. The warranty period and terms & conditions are as defined in the product warranty card.
- If the product is under warranty and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one, subject to the Service Terms & Conditions.
