Cancellation Policy:

Contact customer support team to cancel any of you order place on our Geek Technology India website.

Before Shipping: Easy cancellation with a full refund.

After Shipping (Before Delivery): Cancellation allowed.

After Delivery: Generally, cancellations are not allowed, but returns or refunds might be applicable under certain conditions.

Refund Policy:

Customer cancelled their product before shipping, refund will take 3 – 5 business days.

Customer cancelled their order after shipping but before order out for delivery order cancellation refund will take 7 – 10 business days.

Customer received their order, unfortunately received product with manufacturing defect (full product) geek will initiate full product replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for unopened, non-defective products once the return window has expired.

If spare parts or service are unavailable during the warranty period, a pro rata refund will be provided based on date of purchase.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within return window (7 days) if the product is unused. However, used products cannot be returned within this period.

Returns are not accepted after the return window, regardless of whether the product is used or unused, as long as it is in working condition.

Replacement Policy:

After the return window, refunds are not available. However:

If the product is unused and has a parts-level defect, the defective part will be replaced under warranty.

If the product is unused and has a full defect, the entire product will be replaced under warranty.

If the product is used but still under warranty, defective parts will be replaced under warranty.

If the product is used and has a full manufacturing defect under warranty, a full replacement will be provided.

Repair Policy:

If your product is under warranty:

We will cover the cost of spare parts and shipping if a replacement part is needed.

If doorstep or pickup service is required, we will cover both spare parts and service costs at no extra charge.

Out-of-Warranty:

If your product is out of warranty, we will arrange a pickup for service, with the customer covering one-way shipping. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and provide a repair cost estimate. Upon customer approval, we will proceed with the repair and cover the return shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for the repair charges as per the approved estimate.
