  • Close the pressure valve, secure the lid, and let it cook for 35 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and discard the bay leaf and black cardamom.
  • Garnish it with chopped cilantro and chopped onions and serve.

4. Paneer Butter Masala

  • Paneer Butter Masala, a favorite at Indian restaurants.
  • This dish is also popularly known as Paneer Makhani.
  • Paneer Butter Masala has chunks of paneer or cottage cheese cooked in a mildly spiced onion tomato gravy.
  • The preparation for this paneer butter masala is very different than the usual onion-tomato gravy.
